Teaching Assistant – Multiple Roles Available

Start Date: September 2026

We are seeking enthusiastic, committed, and adaptable Teaching Assistants to join our team from September 2026. We have a range of roles available across different key stages, offering an excellent opportunity to support pupils' learning and development in a positive and inclusive school environment.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and support staff to:

• Support pupils’ learning in the classroom, both individually and in groups
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging learning activities
• Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs
• Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
• Support behaviour management and promote positive attitudes to learning

Roles may include general classroom support, SEN support, or 1:1 pupil assistance depending on skills and experience.

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
• Have good communication and teamwork skills
• Are patient, flexible, and proactive
• Have experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
• Hold relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 TA) or are willing to work towards them
